Hydrema is a modern, international group of companies which develops, manufactures and markets high-technology earth-moving equipment. The main factory and head office are located in Støvring near Aalborg in the north of Denmark.

Hydrema Around the World
The company, which was founded in 1959, consists of an extensive network of sales and service facilities with subsidiaries in major West European countries. In Germany, production facilities are situated in Weimar. Other parts of the world are covered by local importers and distributors. The main objective of the Hydrema Group is to offer equipment that complies with specific market requirements. This is ensured through flexible production facilities, an innovative Research & Development department and a dynamic Sales & Marketing organization.

 
Earth moving equipment

Today the Hydrema Group is a major supplier of versatile high-output hydraulic earth-moving equipment. This machinery is capable of undertaking the most demanding tasks within the contract engineering, building, civil engineering and agricultural sectors.
 

Mine clearing

In 1995 Hydrema and the danish defence started a collaboration about development and production of 12 mine clearing vehicles. Delivering those specially developed vehicles Hydrema took a step into a new business area.

Today Hydrema is a market leading supplier regarding mine clearing equipment and has delivered mine clearing vehicles all over the world. Among others the Indian Defence and Sigapore have purchased many units. Recently, the U.S. Army has bought a large number of units
