Hydrema has been certified according to ISO 9001 since 1990, and in 2022, certification according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 was also implemented and completed. The certification applies to the development and manufacturing of construction machinery such as excavators, backhoe loaders, off-road dump trucks, demining vehicles, and their accessories for civil and military markets—and for military markets, contract sales and co-production projects related to land-based off-road vehicle technology. Bureau Veritas has completed the ISO certification.

ISO 9001 is our guarantee that we work systematically with quality. This means that we have processes in place to ensure consistent quality in both workflows and products and continuously improve our processes.

The certification applies to our production and distribution units.

ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental management including energy audit

With ISO 14001, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We monitor our waste volumes, wastewater, and energy consumption, and work purposefully with energy optimization to reduce our carbon footprint, among other things. We develop and produce machines that fulfill all relevant environmental requirements.

The certification applies to our production and distribution units as well as the Danish service centers.

ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management

ISO 45001 ensures that we focus on safety, well-being, and prevention. We work actively with risk assessment, employee involvement, and continuous improvement of the working environment.

The certification applies to our production and distribution units and service centers in Denmark.

ISO 3834-2:2021 - Machining, welding & preparation of metal components for industry

ISO 3834-2:2021 ensures that we maintain comprehensive quality requirements for machining, welding and preparation of metal components. We work systematically with qualified welding procedures, competent personnel and controlled processes to ensure consistent quality, traceability and continuous improvement.

The certification applies to our Danish production site.
