All key functions are easily operated via an intuitive layout. The multi-joystick that controls hydraulics and transmission is integrated into the right armrest, and you can choose between automatic or manual gear shifting.
Safety is at the centre of this machine. It is ROPS/FOPS certified to protect the operator in the event of an unexpected incident. The viscose suspension reduces vibrations, further improving comfort and safety. The Hydrema 920G not only delivers impressive off-road performance, but it does so with operator comfort and safety in mind. The cab is the perfect place to work efficiently and safely in any work situation.
SAFETY
The Hydrema 920G is not only a powerful earthmoving machine, it also puts your safety first. With careful design and advanced safety features, this dump truck is made to protect you in any work situation.
The cab of the Hydrema 920G is a safety zone in itself. Its ROPS/FOPS certified, meaning it’s designed to withstand high impact and protect the operator from harmful elements. To improve visibility and safety, the Hydrema 920G has a rear-view camera that gives you better visibility, especially when working in tight spaces or on slopes. The machine also fulfils the ISO 5006 standard for visibility, which sets out the requirements for the operator’s field of vision and ensures you have optimal visibility during operation.
When it comes to brakes and retarder, the 920G has it covered. A brake indicator provides a warning if the brakes are at risk of overheating, helping to prevent dangerous situations. The manually operated retarder is a combination of engine brake and hydraulic retarder that gives you extra control on descents and helps reduce brake wear.
TIPPING CYCLE
Whilst the work can be demanding, the Hydrema 920G makes the tipping cycle an easy task. This impressive dump truck delivers an efficient tipping cycle that saves time and increases productivity. With a fast lift time of just 7.5 seconds and an even faster lowering speed of just 5.5 seconds, you’ll get optimal performance in the field.
The Hydrema 920G’s tipping cycle is a seamless process that lets you unload with ease and precision. With an impressive 70-degree tipping angle, the Hydrema 920G can handle the load with ease and precision. This puts you in control of your operations and ensures that nothing is wasted during tipping. A reliable tipping cycle is key to efficiency and productivity on the jobsite, and the Hydrema 920G delivers just that.
Whether you work on construction sites, in agriculture or other industries, you’ll appreciate the impressive tipping cycle that the Hydrema 920G offers. This dump truck is built to handle your challenging tasks with ease and precision, so you can focus on getting the job done.
RETARDER SYSTEM
With the renewed and powerful retarder system, the 920G dump truck sets new standards in machine safety and performance. This advanced system consists of as many as 5 hydraulic pumps working in harmony to ensure that all functions of the 920G operate independently and with minimal energy loss.
The retarder system combines both a powerful engine brake and a hydraulic retarder. Operation is simple thanks to the intuitive retarder joystick in the right armrest. When travelling downhill, this system will significantly reduce the load on the service brake and increase both the safety and lifespan of your brakes.
But it doesn’t stop there. The Hydrema 920G also introduces a new brake indicator system that further increases safety. If the brakes are in danger of overheating, the driver will immediately receive a warning on the instrument display, accompanied by a reliable audible alarm. With this system, you can rest assured that your 920G will always provide maximum safety and performance in even the most challenging situations.
